So far my customer service experience with vacuum planet is very bad. It started out good. I received my powerbrush in a timely manner. The problem came when I tried to return it. They were reluctant to give me a return # and the address to return the product. They did try to fix my problem, but I just needed to return it. I shipped it to them Jan 28, 2011. I waited patiently for a credit on my credit card but it has never showed. I have now written several e-mails with no response at all. I guess once they know you have returned at item they just ignore you and their customer service completely ends. I will be trying to call the company this week. I will continue to post updates as this progresses. Others need to know that if you need to return your item your in for a very long wait.
Still waiting for a refund. Received a response that they had a fire and told I would get my refund and it still has not happened. It is now April going into May. I will never be using this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.
