Ordered on a Saturday morning. I was contacted by Todd and he explained a few things (the Nutone unit was not in stock). Todd emailed me tracking numbers and I received everything as promised. It did take about 10 to receive the shipment but otherwise
good communication via email and I received wb Hay was ordered.
