I recommend this company with 5 stars! They saved my home. I was told by my mortgage company that I was pre approved for my modification. After working with my lender for over a year, they sent me a letter stating I was denied. Along with my denial letter was a sale date. Cauldwell Trust postponed my sale date and got me a payment that I can afford. Thank you for helping my family save our home.
