I decided to place my vehicle into their program 6 months ago because I simply could no longer afford it. I have an '08 Mercedes Benz CL63. I was contacted by Patrick Connelly of Carlyle and I must say he was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the details of the arrangement. Although I was a little apprehensive, I was in a bit of a desperate situation so I said what the hell.
Roughly a week after my car was picked up by Carlyle, my car was placed with an individual and I was given all of his contact info. It took a while for him to insure the car, (5 nail-biting days to be exact), but eventually the car was insured. The first payment actually came 2 weeks early, (an error in my favor according to Patrick) and since then all payments have been paid on time.
The guys over at Carlyle could probably do a little more in terms of phone calls to keep me updated, (thats the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5) but so far they've performed pretty much according to their contracts. All I can say is so far, so good.
