This company represented themselves as being the supplier for our copier toner - which they are not. The rep said that we better order now before the 'new' price goes into effect. They are very aggressive and really put pressure on getting the order right away. The rep talked over me the whole time. I even got a follow up call the next day asking for the 'confirmation' order to be faxed back. Unfortunately, I did sign, believing the rep on the phone. I got a second call again telling me to order more toner, the offer of the lower price was extended and not to worry the toner had a shelf life of 5 years etc. When I tried to interrupt he hung up. Tried to fax a cancellation but could not get it to go through. Received a second box of toners. Each one about $500 more than our actual supplier charges. Each. Called IDCSERVCO who says they are not affiliated with Capital Supply and only ship the product. Logged a complaint with the BBB. Notice both companies have an F rating on the website.
