This is the worst financing company, I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are rude, and unprofessional, that is if you are able to get in contact with a representative that actually works in the United States, without having to be on hold for over 30 minutes. I made my payment on October 16th and as long as the payment is made before the end of the month it should not be credit reported. The payment was applied to principal Capital One advised me that they could not fix the error until the first week of November. Even though numerous of reps have stated that it was their error. They still credit reported me. Now they are stating that they cannot fix the error with the credit bureaus. I suggest if you want to save your credit score and alot of unnecessary time be angry do not do business with Capital One, it is not worth the hassel.
