Review 4/5/2010

I sure wish I had found some reviews also about this company prior to submitting my paperwork and my $1995 funds. We were recommended to this company by some friends who told us they knew of three families that had applied and so far had received positive actions by CalStar Lending. I then contacted Michael Acuna and signed up. It has been 9 months since CalStar Lending took my $1995 and we have had several obstacles to overcome. Today the underwriter from our lender contacted us directly with a workable solution no where near what Michael had reviewed with us. That whole pitch of junk about your payment being reduced to 33% of you monthly current household income is completely false. I have been able to get in contact with John Platt several times however he never seems to have any answers. I did not pay $1995 to have a 3rd party company submit the same forms I could have to my lender directly for "Free of Charge". Is anyone out there looking to filing a class action law suit against this company???? If so, I would like to be contacted and I am willing to go the extra mile to keep anyone from stealing $1995 of our income. Incidentally, all three of the other families that started this program before us are now all suffering similar results to those of mine.
