I was scheduled to have 25% of wages garnished and I called to work out the amount and they worked with me some :( .... But requested a $400 dollar deposit.. With the pay schedule and my bills i submitted monthly shows i can afford it all.... if i dont pay a deposit they are saying they will revise the garnishment and take almost 400 a check. OMG that will leave me and my son homeless.. Is this leagal to ask for a deposit even if they are taking 250 a month????? HELP what can i do regarding the Deposit????
