A few minutes ago I made an order for a charger. I got received my confirmation immediately as expected and soon after also received an email about some shipping problems. I called the company immediately and the problem was resolved in a quick and efficient manner with good customer service. The lady representative, though not very eloquent in English was very nice, polite, and helpful. I will have to wait for the product to give a more thorough review until then I have high hopes that everything will be fine.
