In February of 2009 I signed up with CNC Timeshares with the hopes of getting my Timeshare sold. They are a marketing and advertising company that uses many methods in order to promote ones timeshare property.
I was weary of signing up at first because after doing research I learned the other companies I signed up with previously are not licensed. My agent with CNC Timeshares was very honest with me as he explained to me that he would not be able to guarantee a specific time frame of when my timeshare would be sold but that they would actively market and advertise my property. They also offer a "Fee Recovery Department" which assists clients in helping obtain refunds from the other non-performing unlicensed companies.
I listed my property with CNC Timeshares in February and was able to successfully negotiate a price with my husband resulting in the sale of our property by late August. They were also able to successfully recover over $1900.00 from the other unlicensed company.
With the money that I received from the sale of my timeshare and the money that was recovered from the other company, I was able to go on a lovely trip to Amsterdam with my husband for our anniversary. Because of CNC Timeshares I was able to take a much needed vacation. I couldn’t be happier!
I am writing this testimonial so that maybe others can be helped by this company as I was.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or rent their timeshare. By vigorously advertising and marketing my property they were able to get my timeshare sold. It was definitely a pleasure working with their staff whom remained completely professional and extremely helpful through the duration of my contract with them.
