C- is generous; I signed up with Brite Solutions and received a contract. Little did I know there are 2 contracts! The one I received said I could cancel AT ANY TIME in writing. So I did. I decided debt consolidation was not right for me just yet. Well, I was told page 6 of my contract said I had to cancel within 30 business days of my signing up in order to get any monies refunded. Funny, I never received that contract; I never received a page 6 saying such a thing. I am disappointed in myself. I want my money back.
