Wish I had read these before purchasing anything from Brick Train Shop. I ordered what was described on their website as actual lego sets, but the description was vague, so when I placed the order I specifically stated in the order DO NOT SHIP if these are manuals and not sets. I also emailed their customer service that same evening and told them the same thing. One was $49.00, the price of a set, yet it was actually a manual. Well....the order did not ship for nearly 2 weeks, customer service did not respond to me until the day after it had shipped--supposedly and told me they had shipped manuals. They had charged my card but it took them another 5 days to give me a tracking number. I was furious to say the least and asked why did they ship manuals when it was sent to them 2 ways not to ship or charge me if in fact it was manuals. They also waited until they had charged my credit card to tell me it was in fact manuals and that they had shipped them, yet they had not actually shipped them. BEWARE! Buy the item elsewhere, they have not yet credited me my $62.00 and now I'm froced to fight this with my credit card company. I would not ever buy another thing from them...what a scam!
