I wrote a check to the order of Blackrock Credit for 3,000.00 on 5/29/2009 which is a loan modification company.I was told that by me paying the three thousand I was guranteed that I would be represented by an attorney and if the company couldn't get my mortage lowered than I would be grated the money back.Now here it is a whole year has passed and I am still being bullshited around and was told today by the representative handling my file that Blackrock Credit has left and there were never any attornies involved in this process.I have been scammed and my mortage was never lowered what a joke!
