Have taken two BMWs there and received excellent service and fair pricing on both. I recommend Bill's for anyone. Alex at the front desk is upfront and honest about pricing, costs, and unexpected issues from the start. I generally don't trust auto repair companies, but Bill's has been great so far - especially when you consider the prices that the dealerships charge.
