Toilet valve replaced at a whopping $214.95! Had to have Lou come back the same day because new valve was still running. Lou told me galvanized 'shavings' were probably in the line. I explained all galvanized pipes were removed in entire bldg. 5 years ago. Now, installed valve does not fill tank occasionally until I lift ceramic top and jiggle valve. Lou said he would make it right, but he's ignored my phone calls of over a week now.
