I placed an order with this company not knowing their reputation beforehand. After waiting for two weeks to get some type of status on my order via email or their on-line order status page, I decided to call. On my first call I was put off and told that I would be called the next day with the order status - this did not happen.
On day two, at 8:00am PST I called and was brushed off again and told that I would be called with the order status before the end of that day - Before I could finish my reply to you that I was in the eastern time zone and I needed a call before the end of MY business day - the employee hung up on me. To my surprise, nobody returned my call...
At 6:23pm EST (3:23pm PST) I began to place a number of calls only to get their voicemail. Finally made contact with someone & was put on hold for 15 minutes then was disconnected without getting the status of my order. When I attempted to call back immediately, I received their voicemail again. As it was still within your stated business hours, I continued to try and make contact with another 26 calls to your business over the next hour and a half with no success.
Day 3
The day started with, of course, no call from this company. I attempted to call them but, of course they did not pick up the phone...To top that, their voicemail box was full and no more messages could be left (as if it would do any good anyway!)
Ultimately, I had to contact by bank to have my credit card cancelled so that this poor excuse for a company could not charge my credit card. Thankfully, they had not charged me for my order yet!
Consider carefully ever having any dealings with this company - unless you like not getting what you order and being ignored....
Sheesh! I wish I could give zero stars (or even negative stars) One star is way too good for this business!
