WRONG COLORS SWATCHES

I received a clip on bang piece from them and it is nothing like the picture of the item they have on their website. I talking with an associate who said that different screen resolutions could be the culprit. I viewed the image with different computers
and phones, none resembled the item I received. I then Googled 'Revlon Clip-Lok Bangs color chart' and found numerous online vendors with the correct color chart, how can they not know that they have the incorrect photos?? I keep asking for a manager and keep
getting sent to a voicemail. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau also and sent them a photo of what I received next to their color swatch photo of the same item. I urge you all to contact Better Business Bureau if this company has made a mistake and
is not willing to give you your money back. An online retailer takes on the responsibility of giving the customer the most up-to-date information on the items they are selling. I work for an online retail store and know that you cannot always use pictures
from manufacturers and if you have been selling something for many years, you sometimes have to get an updated picture. This is the easiest thing to change. I would not have purchased this item if they had used the correct color swatches. If you find the item
you want, google it and get it from someone else!!!
