I have been trying to get an estimate from Victor for three months. I have called him 11 times, and set up appointments 4 times. He only returned one call, and set up an appointment that he didn't show up for. He doesn't even call to let me know he won't be here. It's too bad, because when I first met him, he had some very good ideas that interested me, but I guess if he isn't interested enough to even give me an estimate, I wouldn't trust him to do any work for me either. He seems like a very nice man, but useless as far as doing business. I told him when I left him one message, that if he is too busy to come out and take a look, all he has to do is let me know he isn't interested. But still no response.
