I received a postcard in the mail from Beacon. When I called Beacon regarding my financial situation, the rep told me in a confident voice they could help. I was speechless but I had hope. I was placed on a payment program that I could manage, and I was told that I could finish the program earlier. Each month they called to see how I was progressing on the program. I finished the program several months earlier, and both of my credit card accounts have been settled. Thanks Beacon.
