I have been enrolled with Beacon for over a year and they were upfront with me on my fees. Currently they are settling my first settlement. I did receive a summons to appear in court from one of my collectors. I called Beacon and they asked me to fax summons rightaway. So far Iv been well pleased with the service. I always get a return phone call...
