The Bay Law group for known as Wall Street & Associates seems to have vanished. Points of con tact while trying to do a loan mod were Jay Lamere, Marika Rathfelter. They failed to successfully complete the loan mod because I would not falsify the documents they wanted me to submit. The communication and follow up by them was very poor at best. I requested a return of the $3495 due to their failure and accordance with the contract. They ignored the request. Other review said Reza Bayat was a point of contact but Los Angeles DBA records show that Bay Law Group was under Placement Pros Inc. with Rosie Haserjian is agent for service and Nady Mahdavi as President. When Small Claims Paper work was attempted to be served by LA county Sheriff at 10234 Candleberry Lane, Nady Mahdavi denied being part of Bay Law Group. With this denial the Sheriff did not serve them. The above names are listed on Fictitious Business Statements 20091912549 dated 12/16/09. The end result is that Myself and many others have received very poor to non-existent service from Bay Law Group that collected money and did not or could not deliver what they promised.
