My friend told me about these guys, he did get his loan modified by B of A. My understanding is they have a relationship with B of A, and they claim to have an 80% success rate. But I must admit, the success number changes each time you speak with them. They do answer the phone and return calls, so some of the other claims are not accurate. They are working on a modification for me right now, I just got a letter from B of A saying they were processing the request, so they did submit it.
