DO NOT DEAL with this company. They don't do their job. I paid upfront for my loan modification in March 2009 & since then I am stuck in middle. They don't answer. Phone line down no email reply. Website is down. If any one is/was dealing with them and trying to get the money back. please let me know also because i wanna do same
