In trying to call Bally's to revise my personal information in regards to paying my bill online, and in trying to change my address, I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes. I hung up and then called the Bally's close to my home where once again, I was placed on hold, and then given over to a man named Mike, and then he continued to talk over me while i was trying to explain my situation to him. He then gave me a number and told me to keep pressing the * button numerous times til I got a live person. This didn't work and only kept me online for another 30 minutes. Very unprofessional.
