Bally Total Fitness is one of the most difficult companies to communicate with either by phone or email. I had a contract issue and they essentially ignored my attempts to communicate and without warning notified the credit bureau which, to date, has significantly damaged my rating. I have contacted both the BBB and the FTC to initiate a complaint against them.
Until they communicate with the credit bureau restoring may rating to over 800, I will continue to pursue them through whatever means necessary.
