Received an order from B.B. Crafts in a timely manner. The ribbon I purchased was excellent quality. However, I returned part of my order to them but never received a refund. I contacted the company numerous times (i.e. email, live chat) but never received a response back from them. I filed a complaint with the BBB but the company never responded so BBB had to close the complaint. After 3 months I finally received a refund for the products I returned to the company. This was not a pleasant experience dealing with this company.
