Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered (10)14 in. Wreath forms over a month ago.I got a notification saying that package was delivered, only it wasn’t delivered to my house. I contacted Customer Service to let them know I had not received my package and that I was at home all day. I was told to contact FedEx directly to file a claim. I contacted FedEx and was told that because it was a smart post label, only the shipper could report the incident. I then contact BB again, via email and they say they will file complaint. A month later and I cannot get a straight answer from anyone at this company and you can’t talk to anyone, they check emails from what I was told once a week, but it’s been two weeks since my last email and no one from this company has responded to me . I will never use this company again and customers please beware! I did dispute it with my credit card company and they reversed the charges, pending their investigation.
