JR & his crew did a fantastic job on my roof in December of 2011. One important reason I gave him the job was that he answered every phone call that I made to him. Other companies just connected me to an answering machine. Another reason was that he was honest & thorough in his on-site inspection & estimate.
And on the day of the job, he & his crew showed up right on time as agreed upon. From start to finish, his crew did the work professionally well. Though there were a few nail heads that weren't sealed, but I just sealed them myself, which was not a problem.
Much to my satisfaction was the fact that his crew found out the actual amount of damage on part of the roof above my front door exceeded his estimate. Yet he gave the order to do the work at no extra charge! I don't think any company would do such a thing - giving customer something for FREE.
All in all, JR is definitely someone that I can trust to get the job done right.
