I brought it in after it had broke down on the 20th of January and everything seemed to be on the up and up. They seemed to be honest with me and told me they'd have it fixed in about 2 days. Two days came and went and they told me they had to order a part and it'd take another 3-5 days. Which was fine. Except they've now been telling me 3-5 days for the past two weeks saying the place they ordered it from didn't send it, or it's snowed in, or they have to reorder it. This is a huge problem for me as I work as a delivery driver and so I've been having to borrow a car but with this car I can't do all the deliveries required, because I need my car to make deliveries on the marine base. And now I'm asking exactly what part it is and they can't tell me any information as far as the part number or the tracking number.
