Stay away from this company. They're ripping off folks that are behind on bills. I contacted them and they stated there was no guarantee my loan could be modified. I told them I can't afford to gamble and couldn't pay them $300 unless my loan CAN be modified. Their rep put me on hold. When he came back he said "you qualify". Not "you might qualify" or "you're prequalified". I gave them $300 and sent their paperwork to my auto loan company. They said they've never heard of Auto Relief Group and do not modify loans...period. I called Auto Relief Group and they said they do not give refunds. I let them know their rep LIED and said I qualify, when I didn't. If a company lies to get fund from customers, that falls under negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation which is ILLEGAL. What kind of company lies to customers to get their money and then doesn't give a refund?!! (after I told them I was recording my calls, our conversation quickly ended...hmm)
