BE VERY CAUTIOUS. THESE PEOPEL ARE NOT FULLY TRUST WORTHY.. The sales people will promise to lower your interest rate but when asked if this will lengthen the loan period, Ryan said,"No." Incorrect the loan is lengthened by 18 MONTHS. Also, I was told that I should have the paperwork in my hands with in 24 to 48 hours of our phone call via FedEx. WRONG,after 3 days I called and was informed that it will be at my home by Tuesday via FedEx. My first call to these people was on a Tuesday. My second call was on the following Friday. I asked for my money back because nothing had happened as I was told. But I was informed that it was too late. I then called "customer service" and was told that the paper work is NEVER sent via FedEx but by US Postal Service and should be here in 7 to 10 business days. I then said that was not what I was told and I again requested my money back. NO REFUND. Then I received the package and I come to find out that the $298 I paid was for an "Option Report". A single piece of paper. I called and asked for a refund again. While I was waiting for my Option Report I had called my lender Santander. They said they NEVER reduce payments or reduce interest rates and the Auto Relief Group is as SCAM. This was from the rep at Santander and, according to her, from her supervisor. It turns out that the Santander rep was not up to speed on her companies policy for rate and payment reduction plan. That can be accomplished after 30 payments. So I still could have gotten the reduced rate WITHOUT Auto Relief Group.
