What a Knightmare, this company. My wife and two daughters are travelling to Manhattan, icy day, many potholes. They hit a huge one on the entrance to the throgs neck bridge, and gratefully because of the New BMW X5 controls, run flat tires, etc., they make it to the BMW dealership. The dealership does the work, takes pictures of the tires, measures the wear, etc (the car is new, less than 10 K on the tires). But it is Saturday, and the company requires up to 48 hours "to review the data and make a decision" They put on their website that they are a 24/7 business, but obviously not for making any decisions or payment. I could not leave my wife and kids at the dealership on Saturday after they closed, so I paid for the tires. And know the claims agent for Auto Knight "Wants me to write them a letter, and they will review the issue, and maybe they will pay but I didn't follow their policy, so maybe not. Give me a break. I recieved this policy on my BMW lease, and unfortunately BMW struck a deal with a lousy company. Buyer beware !!!!!
