2001 Dodge Caravan PCM Review

We were hesitant to order a PCM for our 2001 Dodge Caravan through Auto Computer exchange due mixed reviews. However, after conducting extensive research and weighing out the pros and cons, we decided to order the PCM from Auto Computer Exchange through eBay. The PCM arrived in a timely fashion. I performed the install myself and the ordered PCM worked correctly, the first time, without any issue. The check engine light (previous indicated the old PCM was bad) turned off and after a week of driving, we successfully passed emissions.
Twice, we had to call the company and both times the phone was promptly answered - and the service was good.
We couldn't have had a better experience with the company. The price ($149.00) was significantly cheaper than working through the Dodge dealers (estimated $1,200.00).
I hope this review is helpful to others who may find themselves in the position we were in.
