Not sure about the bed, but customer service is weak

I ordered an Astrabed and on Jan. 17, 2016. I was excited to get the bed, but eight days later, I received an email stating there was no latex available to make my bed. No problem, other than it is hard to understand why a latex mattress company doesn't have latex. Nevertheless, I asked them to cancel my order on a Thursday. I was told I would be contacted at the beginning of the week about my refund. Not sure why my refund was not immediately refunded, but I waited. Over a week later, no one has contacted me and my credit card has not been refunded the $3200. They were quick enough to charge me with no ability to deliver on a mattress, but as of today 2-6-16, no one answers the toll free number during business hours. Maybe the refund is an oversight, but then again maybe not. Tread carefully and make sure you are not charged until they are ready to ship.
