Well we received our bed in a couple of boxes. They come vacuum sealed so when you open them, make sure you have room because they expand! Latex is heavy. Make sure you have at least two strong people. The mattress went together easily as did the box springs,
no need to spend money on white glove if you don't need to. The mattress is firm, even the ultra plush so be prepared for your body to adjust. At first I thought it was too firm but now I love it. Customer service was great, they really do a good job helping
you with your purchase. We love our bed, thanks Astra!
