I received my Serenity Bed back at the beginning of summer and it has been a worthwhile investment. I sleep comfortably through the night and have awaken many times feeling well rested. No back pains or stiffness at all. And the bed never holds in heat
like memory foam nor smells. The company was fairly prompt with their shipping, but their customer service is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this bed for individuals who like slightly firm for the 'Medium' mattress.
