Terrible service. Better Business Bureau gave them an F. F includes fraudulent practices and that is what I experienced. They have shuttered their doors. The have our deposit. They claim (in writing) that they will honor the contract but it has been 7 months and no word. They do not return calls. They do not come to the door at their home, which is in shambles. The deserve zero stars. Danielle Klapproth cannot be trusted. Their company was not meeting its liabilities when they took our deposit, and still they acted CONfidently that they could deliver.
