My experiance with Array of hope has been nothing but frustrating.. I have been lied to by Alice Brooks every step of the way..She gives incorrect imformation and does nothing but try to make you think she knows what she is doing and you should trust her. After catching her in numerous lies I demanded a refund and was told a check had been sent..it never arrived..I was then told to stop by the office to pick up cash and the doors were locked and no one was around..I went back to the office the following monday and was given a check by Alice for the full amount, of course there are no funds in the account...I call Alice and threaten to get the police involved and she tells me she will be in my area the next morning and she will bring me cash by 930am..She doesnt show (big suprise) so Im taking her to small claims court to try and get justice.
