Wow, this is one dealership that does not work for the people in this area. My husband, daughter, and I came in as we got a flier in the mail with a great deal on it. The deal was confusing, but basically if we sold them our Ford Explorer, they would give us an ipad2 along with a great deal for our car. We simply went to get a clue on the fine print which we made very clear in the very first sentence to a man named Chuck. We ended up spending hours there with NO ANSWERS to our questions. Someone actually had the nerve to stand in our way of leaving so we couldn't leave! We were also looking at cars to buy, and they were a total rip off. Over $4000 more than it was worth! They would not negotiate or give the correct information on cars. He even tried to sell us a car which was nearly exactly like the one we wanted to get rid of. Same mileage and everything! We went in another day to get a quote on our car by someone else and this man made barely any time for us and tried to get from us for $600 with no ipad2. Our car for a low trade in was worth over $3000. When I brought this up, along with the kelly blue book information, we were put down and laughed it. Totally disrespectful dealership. We met no one with any sort of intelligence!
