Review 10/27/2011

Americas Help Center took over $3200 of my client's money and did not provide what they promised. Worse than that they told him to make his mortgage payments to them and not his lender. They faked up a modification promise to make it look like it came from the lender. The lender knew nothing about it.
Americas Help Center is in violation of California Law. California citations for the law referred to as SB 94 signed by Gov. Schwartzenegger October 11, 2009
section 10085.6 of the California Business and Professions Code section 2944.7 of the California Civil Code This law change is well publicized by all related agencies and by private companies like the BBB.
So, if they knowingly violate the law, do you really want to do business with them? Their phones were disconnected in September 2011.
