The movers spent a lot of time shrink wrapping our furniture, etc but this didn’t really help from keeping our furniture safe especially my baby’s change table and crib. Hidden charges!!!! We were not told that every single item will be shrink wrapped! We were not even asked! We ended up paying for everything! If you will look at the pictures, the wood was cracked. This is a negligence on their part. They didn’t stack or position these valuable furniture correctly. This is not just a mere crack. I’m almost 100% sure that because of the movers’ negligence, they let our furniture fall. The owner or manager of America’s Trusted Movers, Renee, agrees to this negligence. She asked me to file a claim with you since the amount is big, they cannot cover for it. According to her, the 3 movers were immediately fired after learning about their negligence and rudeness of the foreman. Renee is a liar! I don’t think she was really sincere when I was talking to her. Firing all 3 movers right away? Come on! I filed a claim with their insurance company? Piece of crap! Wanted to pay us $248 for our damages? Hello???!!!! That’s way less than the price of the crib alone!
Ever since the move, my baby has not been sleeping good. For safety reasons, we couldn’t use the crib. We tried re-assembling it but we don’t trust the safety of that crib anymore. It also caused me to have a splinter when I was holding the front of the crib. This is due to the scratches and cracks. We cannot use the change table as well because of the cracks and scratches. We cannot put our baby’s safety at risk because of the severity of the damage. It broke my heart when I learned that the mostly damaged furniture were my baby’s crib and change table. It hurts our back every time we change our baby because we have to use now our own bed. I saved money in order to buy these 2 expensive baby furniture when I was pregnant. We were already ripped off by this moving company. We paid $1,524.00 cash for their crappy services. We were billed for hidden charges – charges that were not really explained to us. The least they could do is pay for my baby’s furniture
American Trusted Movers is a SCAM!!! Their name is a LIE!!!! They should stop fooling people! They’re not to be trusted at all!!!! Please beware of this moving company!!!!!!!
I have a strong feeling that the other reviews were just made up by them! They are even using different addresses. You are not to be trusted! Stop fooling your customers!
