This company is awful. They call you when you are one day past due. If you don't answer the first time they try they call back sometimes 2 minutes later and sometimes 6 times a day. They even call you after you called them!I have at least 4 different 800 numbers from them on my caller ID.
Thank god I went with an outside agency (Mortgage Solutions Experts, they have high ratings on BBB) to do our loan modification they were wonderful. The only problems we had was due to AHMSI.
When you talk to a representative they do not speak English and they don't hear/understand what you are saying. You tell them you can't pay and they ask you to borrow it from someone. Obviously they have no idea what the economy is like here in the USA.
Yesterday I filed a complaint with the FTC and will be talking with NH banking to file a complaint about this AWFUL company!!
