Be warned this company preys on people's desperation. America Financial Law Group convinced me that I would qualify for a home Loan Modification. However, since the Modification was declined they have not returned calls regarding the full refund which they promised ($2000). Instead they wrote three letters, postmarked the same day, informing me that they were closing my file. They claim they have tried to read us numerous times, but they refuse to call my preferred number and they cannot be reached when I return their calls.
