Alpine Adventures has refused to return money for a Ski Lift Pass that was refunded to them on my account. The ticket was unused because my wife was sick, I returned it to Steamboat Springs Group Sales Ticket Office, they advised me that they credited Alpine Adventures and Alpine used the credit. Alpine refused to return the money to me. I am considering taking them to small claims court to recover the money. I know that they also refused to return money for another couple's lift tickets who were unable to take their trip because of sickness, even though Alpine Adventures was credited for the tickets.
