These people are scam artists. I was not told I was purchasing a part of a box, and that the rest of the box would be shipped later. I was told the product would last twice as long by the salesperson, but the follow up person said 1 1/2 times as long.
This is exactly like signing up for a magazine subscription that you must cancel before 10 days expires, except that the salesperson did not tell me that. They will send you cartridges forever at inflated prices. Order nothing from them!!! If I could give zero stars as a rating, I would.
