This company is very slick, they call you to sell printer cartridges at a discounted rate, when I tell them they are more expensive then I pay at office depot, they tell me that there cartridges last a lot longer. Finally I give in and say I will try it, Stupid me. When they come I do not use them right away b/c we have a small office and do not go through cartridges that fast. So finally when I try one it will not work in my printer, I have to wiggle it and jiggle it to work. When the printer finally recognizes it, I start my montly printer of bills and my printer breaks. This printer is only 6 months old. I blame the printer. Then I call to talk to customer service and they automatically refer me back to the slick sales man who I inform what happened, he states that he will have customer service call me back to return the products for refund. I have waited 2 weeks for a call and decided to call back today. Now I speak to customer service today and they inform me they can not refund me for the leftover cartridges that I have and will only send me geniune HP products, but I have to send the cartiridges back before recieving a replacement product. This is scandalous. They should refund me for the 900.00 dollar printer that there cartridge broke. I warn you do not shop with this company. Bad Business.
