Loan modification scam

We had exactly the same situation, as a previous person. Before we signed our contract with All State Law Group we looked on Internet and nothing suspicious was about this company, no complains on BBB site(check it now). We pay them $4,950 in June 2011. The person who was assigned to negotiate our loan with Chase was Liz Gomez. We call to her office every week. She always was not available for us, never returned our phone calls, advice we had from All State law Group was the same: “don’t pay your mortgage for a few months and your loan will be modified sooner”. We lost our money, our loan is not modified and the end result we have now is the same, as a previous person: more problems now, than before we decide to use help from All State Law Group. We hope our experience with this law group will help others do not make the same mistake as we did.
