All American Asphalt failed to properly place signs warning drivers of hazardous road conditions during a re-pavement project in Costa Mesa on June 12, 2009. As a result, the rims on the right side of my car were damaged. The police report clearly identifies AAA at fault, yet they have refused to replace the rims on my new 2009 Mercedes; I have had to resort to taking them to small claims court.
