I believe ACA is a fraud.. I was talked into sending $2,000 to get my mortgage modified. I was assured it would be taken care of in 45 days. I filled out tons of paperwork, and sent over 200 pages of documents (tax returns,mortgage statements,hardship letters, etc.)I was told to have no more contact with Bank of America, and don't worry we will get your modification down to half of what your paying,and also wipe out your 2nd mortgage e-mailed ACA may 29th that I hadn't heard anything for quit some time, and that I received more paperwork from BOA. They responded and said send them all docs. I have called several times, to only get a busy signal.and the web-site is gone....Wish i could meet these people face to face....
