As per the other review, Horrid Customer service, They were supposed to take a 1/3 of the settlement as per contractual agreement. What The Advantage Loss Group took was 2/3 of the claim. Numerous phone messages were left as they very rarely answer the phone. They don't return calls. When they do sporadically answer the phone its a dead end without resolution. They have promissed me 4 times to call back and never do. They state to have no physical address so apparently you can't go in to discuss any issue either. Extremely fustrating and concerning.
